What is Ribeye Steak Shawarma?

Ribeye Steak Shawarma is a Mediterranean-style marinated beef dish, slow-cooked on a vertical rotisserie and shaved into tender, flavorful slices. Ribeye is prized for its marbling, giving each bite a rich, juicy taste.

Yes. Ribeye is one of the best cuts for beef shawarma because its natural marbling keeps the meat tender, moist, and deeply flavorful during slow roasting.

We marinate premium ribeye slices in a traditional Mediterranean blend of spices and cook them slowly on a vertical rotisserie, allowing the flavors to develop and caramelize naturally.

No. Our Ribeye Steak Shawarma is served plain, without vegetables, rice, or sauces. However, you can add any sides or toppings individually to customize your meal.

Beef shawarma is high in protein and contains healthy fats from the ribeye cut. When paired with vegetables, salads, or lighter sauces, it can be a balanced and satisfying meal.

Yes. Shawarma is a classic dish rooted in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean culinary traditions, known for its marinade, spices, and rotisserie cooking style.

Good food, good service, what more could you ask for? The chicken kabob was flavorful and they were very generous with the toppings. Paid about $15 for the pita wrap and it was huge, I couldn't finish it all but sure wanted to.

The food was good! I liked their Falafel on Pita bread! The bread was good and their vegetables were fresh. I liked their sauces and the price was reasonable. The menu may be a little confusing but you can figure it out if you ask them to explain. The fries was OK, but not as good! A good Middle Eastern fast food!
